Introduction

GPBuddy.ie is the first comprehensive online medical directory built by GPs for Irish healthcare professionals. It combines this online medical directory with monthly educational articles and video tutorials specifically for GPs. It was designed by Dr Darach O Ciardha and Dr Shane McKeogh, both practising GPs. GPBuddy.ie launched in May 2010 at the ICGP AGM. As of November 2019, there are over 3,000 GPs registered on GPBuddy.ie.
